1. Your Right of Withdrawal
When you purchase Teronex online from kyxrelynwrzarex.world, you benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance sales, as required by Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag 2005:59).
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to return the product before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by:
- Sending an email to clients-@kyxrelynwrzarex.world with your name, order number, and a clear statement of your intention to return
- Calling us at +46 771 202 202 during business hours (Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 CET)
- Sending a written notice to our postal address above
We will send you return instructions and a return address confirmation by email. Please do not return goods without first contacting us.
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a full refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:
- The product is returned in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
- The product has not been used, damaged, or tampered with
- The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery
- The product is accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Pursuant to Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery. Opened packages of Teronex are therefore not eligible for return unless the product is defective.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g. wrong item delivered). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
5. Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different arrangement.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Original delivery charges paid at time of purchase will be included in the refund.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the description on our website, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at clients-@kyxrelynwrzarex.world with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen 2022:260), you may also have additional rights regarding defective goods for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.

If we are unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden — ARN) at www.arn.se, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
